97 Grand Cherokee orifice tube location
1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee. 6 cyl I am having an impossible time locating the orifice tube in this vehicle. It looks as if the bulge in the line is past an almost 90 degree turn making it impossible to replace the tube. Can you tell me the location of the orifice tube and if the entire line needs to be replaced if the tube is clogged? Thanks.

It's not removable without cutting the line open. You have to replace the whole liquid line. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

thanks, and as usual, you are the man. When I looked at it, I was afraid that was the case, and I'm no good at super-gluin aluminum tubes. Weldin ain't been my strong suit neither. I really do appreciate your expert advice and help.
