Not quite sure how this race is situated. Can it be "cracked" with a punch or cut with a diamond wheel without trashing the hub? Demel tool a notch to strike with a punch? Easy with torches as hardened metals can do surprising things and weaken the metal of what you are keeping. I've had some hit or miss luck freezing parts, T

If this is an internal race, and have an wire welder, run a bead around the id of race. When it cools, it will shrink and almost fall out!!

Use a cut off tool with a disk to cut a triangle shaped notch on the bottom of the race the hit it with a punch or a air hammer. It should crack and then slide right off. Jeff
