Hope someone can help, I have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe with radio issues and getting ready to go on a trip, at times I will have volume and then no volume, can be for days or hours, had factory radio replaced at Best Buy, because I thought that was the problem and it is doing the same thing. Sometimes it will be out when I shut truck off and next time I start it, it is back on, even when it does come on no sound out of rear speakers same thing on both factory and new radio.

Some of these Tahoes have amplifiers. If there is a problem with the amplifier, you won't have any sound either. Need to have a qualified technician check it out. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

If you hate your money and want to get rid of it, go back to Best Buy.I have personal horror stories about the incompetent ass clowns that populate that ripoff store.
