Its RF interference. what did you change on the car prior to this happening?

RF is radio frequency interference caused by magnetic fields generated by electricity. Its why many wires are twisted together instead of solid core. How old are your spark plug wires?

I'd recommend changing them for more reasons than a hum in the radio then.
