1955 ford Ranch wagon/Electrical Problems

Hello everyone here at the forum. I am having signal and stop light problems on my 55 wagon. I had a guy do some body work on it and busted some wires going to the tail lights. Now my stop lights don't work and one signal light is not working eighter.Does anyone here by any chance have an electrical diagram of the rear lights? I need to trace this wires and connect them where they go so that I can have all the lights working hopefully before the weekend. Thanks for your help.

? Worked before body work now screwed up? The problem this is so basic just look for where wire is cut, worn thru around where work was done. FYI: The common way to switch ON brake lights was a switch at/on or below the single reservoir master cylinder just sensed pressure to pass current thru it if anything done near there just look and see if it's all intact as it was. At the age you need to know what has already been done or changed chance of a 6V system altered to 12V, note if bat is + ground, switched to 8V or what you have. I just doubt any possible original diagram is going to help till you know just what it was when working, T

I think so too. Concentration would be what I said. It worked till the body work just go visually see what was cut, broken or bare that wasn't just before that and just splice in if possible new wire. No tricks nothing but copper with lousier insulation if OE now would be brittle and crumble? Tom
