I have 4 codes recently read on my 2005 Sierra. They are P0101, P0171, P0174 and P0446. Dealing with P0101 - I tested for power to the sensor which gave me a reading of 10-11 volts. I did an ohm test on the MAF as the motor was idling and brought the RPM up gradually to 2500 and than decelerated the same. I got a constant reading of 11 ohms without any fluctuations. Does that indicate a bad MAF sensor? Motor size is 5.3 L with 120,000 KLm

You have lean codes along with a MAF code, I would take a hard look at the intake snorkel for any leaks or hoses disconnected ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Do I spray carb cleaner on those areas to check for leaks?

Not trying to be an a hole, but ohm testing a MAF is wrong, especially when you have power running through it. The digital MAF sensor on a GM generates a voltage frequency, you need something such as an lab scope to measure the frequency with. Some multimeters can take frequency measurements too, but you may not be able to do a performance snap throttle test and and see the air gulp if the sample rate is too low.
