I sure would be grateful if someone could educate me on how to remove or at least loosen the headlamp, then replace the bulb on my little pick-up.I can't find clips like on ford ranger(very similar to Mazda for parts, etc.. I'm told). Also, the light over the odometer on my dash is out, but all the other dash lights work; turn signals, cig lighter, wipers, all good. I'd appreciate any info on these issues. Thanks

This can't use sealed beams can it? Really doubt that so you go from the back for the headlight bulbs. Maybe a clip or not to squeeze or remove but basically you push a little and turn counter clockwise to remove socket. Don't touch bulbs with fingers, use paper or something dry and clean, replace and reinstall. Yes some are placed in a real pain in the butt location to even touch and require moving things to get a good shot at them, T

Try this vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kep-2dD1cRw Seems on this one the plastic piece covers the clips and you can't see them until removed. Might help a bit. Not sure if your dash uses replaceable bulbs or not, but if it does you would need to pull your instrument cluster and change it. Common thing for lights on them to burn out but I can't recall off the top of my head when Ford/Mazda did away with making them serviceable.
